WEAREVER WORKWEAR CHARGES NO SALES TAX.
Returned products and or orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fees and customer will be responsible for shipping.
Warranty: Blakladerwill cover ripping or tearing of seams caused by normal wear & tear for the lifetime of the garment. Blaklader will also cover premature failure of any of our products caused by defect in the original materials and workmanship. Blaklader has the right to repair or replace any defective merchandise at its option and expense. Any product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable Blaklader product. Other than the seams, Blaklader does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. Since all apparel has an expected service life, normal wear and tear (including zippers and other hardware) misuse, neglect, or obvious abuse of the garment are not covered. Blaklader assumes no liability for garments that have had alterations, embroidery, or other ornamentation added to the garment.
